Witches Brew

The contestant had to correctly mix four differenly coloured ingreditents in the couldron for the crystal to be released. These ingredients (red, blue, yellow and green) were housed in phialls on two shelves behind a spinning blade. The contestant had to use a litter-picking clamp like thing to grab them from the shelves without breaking any. Three broken bottles bought you a lock-in.
