The player had to toss the rings, across the room, attmpting to land them on the hooks attached to the crystal release mechanism. When they landed two rings on one hook, the balance would shift and the crystal would roll down to the nexy guttering. Although only being a two minute game, almost all the unsuccessful contestants ran out of rings long before their time expired.
